TERMS OF Service.

COLONFILM is the design studio of David Colón (and Flor), based in Zaragoza, Spain, providing custom book cover design, book formatting, movie poster design and cinematic pitch deck design ("Services") to clients worldwide through this website.

Orders are placed by selecting a package on a service page and completing checkout, or by requesting a custom offer for work outside the published packages. Every order shows its price, the number of revisions included and the standard delivery time before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

The delivery countdown starts once you submit your project requirements, not at the moment of payment. Each package states its included number of revisions; requests beyond that number may incur an additional charge, quoted before any extra work begins. Complete Book Formatting + Cover orders are delivered in two phases: the cover first, then the interior formatting within 72 hours of your cover approval.

If you purchased fast delivery, the discounted delivery time shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order, regardless of later catalog changes.

Final files are delivered through your order page as secure, time-limited download links. Keep your own backup copies after delivery — links expire and are refreshed on request, but we recommend downloading your files promptly. An editable source file (PSD/AI) is only included where explicitly listed in your package or purchased as an add-on.

On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered files for the book, film or project they were created for, including commercial publication and marketing use. COLONFILM retains authorship credit and may display the finished work in its portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery. Stock imagery or fonts used under license remain subject to their own license terms.

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before you submit your project requirements — just message us from your order page. No questions asked.

Once you submit your requirements, the designer begins work on your project, and the order can no longer be cancelled. The revisions included in your package exist for exactly this reason — to make sure the result matches what you need, without needing to cancel.

Orders can never be cancelled once the final files have been delivered.

Cancellation isn't self-service: message us or open a dispute from your order page and we'll confirm the outcome in writing within your order's message thread.

All project communication happens through your order's message thread so there's a written record of requirements, approvals and revisions. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

If your project doesn't fit a published package, you can request a custom offer. A personalized quote is prepared for your specific project and must be accepted and paid before work begins — the same delivery, revision and usage-rights terms above apply once it is.

The same designer and the same work are also available through our Fiverr Pro profile, if you prefer to order there under Fiverr's own buyer protection and terms instead of ours.
