A defined accessibility target

Our proposed workflow targets EPUB Accessibility 1.1 with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, subject to the agreed publication scope. The W3C specification distinguishes content accessibility and discoverability metadata. A conformance statement is added only when supported by the finished assessment.

Can you fix an existing EPUB?

Yes, after reviewing its structure and the source material. Some files need a rebuild rather than isolated repairs.

Will every reading app display it identically?

No. Reflowable content adapts to the reading system and user settings. We record the systems tested and any material limitations.
